Phalaenopsis ID

Post your questions and photos to identify a species phalaenopsis. We maybe able to identify a primary hybrid between two species parents. Generally we cannot identify a complex hybrid.

Phalaenopsis ID

Post by charlaux » Thu May 26, 2016 3:15 am

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine is searching this Phal (http://www.agaclar.net/forum/1464528-post3224.htm). She is looking for a name not to identify her plant itself but find the plant so she can purchase it.

Many thanks for your support

I picked this up at the Cherry City Orchid Show this year. The blooms were 1 1/2 inch wide and
1 1/2 inch tall. The plant had 16 open blooms and three buds.

Dear all,

Thank you for your answers. Do you know where can we order this phalaenopsis from. If you have any contact information of them that would be wonderful .

Best wishes

I am not sure it is this clone from Holm, the ones we get here look all the same - also 'Marie Therese' Charlaux, I have Mini Mark, also a double plant - two plants in a pot - if you don't find it - I can send you one as long as you are situated in the EU. ;) Just let me know.

I was surprised to see this clone at a Kroger supermarket on Saturday. The phals were grown by Matsui Nursery, but they were not labeled.

Doreen - that is great. I have been contacted by couple people who are looking for one. We used to be able to get this hybrid from Oak Hill Garden.
