Hello from TX

Post by johnny31623 » Sat Feb 03, 2018 12:54 pm

Hello everyone

My name is Johnny
I'm a new member here
I am from Taiwan and currently live in southeast Texas
I've been always in love with orchids; sadly, even though Taiwan is an orchid kingdom, I don't see many people growing species but massive produced complex hybrids at home.
Orchid to me was like poinsettia. We buy them for Chinese New Year and they end up in the trash can after flowering.

Now, I'm glad to have my own little orchid corner at home
mostly Phalaenopsis and Angraecoid, they are my favorite.
wish I could also make some friends here.
Thanks for reading
Have a great day

Welcome aboard to Peter's forum.

Your collection portends a level of interest that is sophisticated and sincere.

You will find a LOT of good information here and un-snobby for-roomates as trusty friends.

GOOD LUCK!

Walton

Welcome from North Central Texas. I live about an hour northwest of Big Leaf Orchids. Lucky me! You won't find a better seller and individual than Peter.
