I'm an orchid grower from Spain, the anti-orchid country in Europe. This means all of my plants come from Germany, but hey can't complain. At least I have the light and warmth they like to grow
I started growing orchids in the summer of 2016, and right now I'm around 80 orchids, most of them being Phal species or primary hybrids. I grow them in my room to decent success, considering I can't control light. humidity or temperature too well.
My favourites are those that are very fragrant (I own some plants just because of the scent), specially the blue forms. Ironically, one of my favourite species is Phal speciosa, which is faintly fragrant when it has a scent.
Don't be surprise if you see me around asking if plants are fragrant and how so. Also, if I own an orchid feel free to ask about scent, I have a good nose and I'm quite good at describing them
