Peter -

Is this the same one you offered recently? My label reads "B-KF" and "KF#1'.

The newly emerged leaf is round as a button. The spike may have stalled -- unfortunately, while I was at work, the power went out on my plant stand where this one lives plus it got really cold since the air conditioner power did NOT go out and the balance between no light and full-blast air conditioning made it really cold...

Beautiful flower.

Yay! Great news, Peter; even if my spike is irreversibly stalled, I have this to look forward to next year. Always nice to have something to look forward to...

Peter -
What do we know about its parentage?

Thanks,
Walton

I did not flower this as well as Long, but I have a question for all:

Is this a tetraploid bellina? Both the leaves and the bloom -- which appears to be made of titanium -- are super thick, solid and would sooner break than bend.

I will try to include comparative photos with one of my personal favorites from Peter's F1706. This particular plant stood out from the day I took it out of the box, and although it is not nearly as dramatic and full as ones flowered by other growers, I do really like this one.
Best to all,

Walton
