Phalaenopsis Pylo's Emily
(Emily Grimball 'OK' AM/AOS X Pylo's Joyful Pride)
This hybrid is similar to our 2008 hybrid F8-9 Phal Pylo’s Sweet Rose (Emily Grimball x Yungho Gelb Canary). Pollen parent Phal. Pylo's Joyful Pride (Phal. Joy Spring Canary X Phal. Golden Pride). Despite of star shape of Phal fasciata influence in Phal Golden Pride, Phal Pylo's Joyful Pride has rounder segment and good form from Phal Yungho Gelb Canary.
This hybrid will be like Phal Pylo’s Sweet Rose to have a variation of colors. Because Phal Yungho Gelb Canary (micholitzii hybrid) can be unpredictable. It doesn’t always let the color break through. But when it does, we would expect some red's from this pair due to the non-fading deep yellow color from Phal Golden Pride.
First one to bloom is by our customer Arthur. See pictured photo. It looks like pod parent, deep vibrant color.
Because these are seed grown, flowers are expected to be different from plant to plant.
