So again I totally new to grow in a greenhouse. Do you think the passive cooling will be enough generally our summers 28-35C (82-95F) in the shade. I'm concerned because the temps so far are 43C(110F) in the greenhouse. If I added an exhaust fan where would I put, would the top vents need to be closed?
Please not I have yet to add shade cloth and I will need to

Small greenhouse will heat and cool much quicker than a larger greenhouse. It sounds like you will need to use more shade in the summer. For my setup, I have 2 shade cloth. One is permanent over greenhouse 60-70% (I forgot really). The other one is the same percentage - but it is inside that I can retract when needed (low temperature).

I would recommend you get 2 shade cloth - use one in the winter and use two - double up in the summer.

What max temps do you guys reach in the summers?

It's been 83F in the middle of my greenhouse when outside is 97-99F. However it feels warmer because of high humidity.
