Hi Tess, I was wondering how your Agromax tent was working out. I'm considering getting a grow tent to use in an unheated basement here in NY state. My main concerns are zipper quality(do they last from repeated use) and heat retention in winter.
I currently have 2 shelving units wrapped in 4 mil plastic and the plastic deteriorates over time. Access is a pain and the little heater I have for when the temps go below 50 winds up trying to heat the whole basement.

Thanks, Bill

Hi Bill, so far it's awesome. The zipper is heavy and coated and I think they will hold up pretty good. They have flaps over them so I think Velcro could easily be added in case there is zipper failure. I haven't had to heat it yet, but it holds the heat of the T5 lights so well I opened the AC vent above it to help cool it.
I think the tent is well worth the money and if you have the money and room space for the largest unit get it....I have already filled the next size down :-)

Thanks Tess. The only other reviews I could find were in the stoner forums and I think the fumes sometimes get to those guys. Now I just have to decide between this one and the LED Wholesalers product.

I'm curious how it holds up as well. I was thinking about one to house my higher humidity need orchids.

No problem Bill. I wish I would have gotten one years ago. I'll have to check out the one the LED light wholesalers is offering.
Paul, Mike has had one for quite sometime but his is a Hydrohut.

Here's the other one I was looking at.

It's a little cheaper, but I think the Agromax has some better features. I've bought some other things from HTG and have never had any issues with them, nice folks to do business with.
Decisions, decisions. I much rather have to decide between the one with the purple lip or the one with the yellow lip :) :)

Yes they are. Mine are attached to shelving but yes the frame would support the lights.

By looking at the pics the agromax seems better built. Plus the one u linked is out of stock and way too small ;-)
