I love this set-up. Can you give me the dimensions of your tank, please? This could be the answer to my lack of humidity issues. I am thinking of purchasing an aquarium off craigslist and doing something similar, but I tend to enjoy the taller phals and catts. I want to make sure they have enough headroom.

Sorry for the late reply, I didn't realize this thread was up here.
The size of this tank is 60 X 22 X 22 inches and it houses mostly phals. My other tank is 62" long by 20" wide and 32" high and is tall enough for vandas. Both hold humidity very nicely.
